Pitaya Plus Packages & Papaya Dragon-Fruit Banana ice-cream Boats!! (vegan, gluten free, dairy-free, vegetarian, yummy)

Isn't it just so crazy how some people can get hurt and battered and the world will just go on? Everyone has a place in the world. Whether your'e from New Zealand or Arizona, you might just end up anywhere in this compulsive, dynamic planet.

I'm going to end up somewhere safe, I hope. That's at least what I keep telling myself everyday. I don't want to think about heart-breaks and heart-aches; the feeling of freedom sends me over the moon and over the edge of excitement and wonder for what'll happen when I'm 29, or even when I'm 15 or 72.

And even in those moments where I'll be hurt and broken, the world will just keep on spinning. The world does not revolve around me.

I'm one out of 7 billion, but I'm also an individual with a set goal in mind to be one in a thousand, or one in a hundred, or even one in ten. I strive to feel free in this big city I live in. I want to feel successful when I'm 93, when I'm warm and cozy in my bed ready for life to come challenge me.

I'm going to make it all count. I'm going to only regret the pictures I didn't take because every moment is a precious moment, and you can't take any special memories back even when you might wish you could.

I have a set goal in life: to travel the world. I'll start from the bottom and go from there. (Except not Antarctica) I long to learn about different cultures and people because the world is not Sandy, Ut. The world is a fresh blend of different cultures, religions, living human beings who should all count, exotic animals, mixes of different foods, smiles, death, rebirth…. the list can go on forever.

The reason why I want to travel the world so bad is so I can understand people better. Everybody has a story to tell. Everybody has a life to live and a goal to achieve. I wish to interact and help people in need too. I want to give my big heart a chance to do its job.

I want to live.

2015, come at me! I'm ready to live, and I wasn't sure if I really wanted to before, but now I've got a set goal in life. I've got a bucket list filled with places I want to travel to, recipes, and much more motivational goals. I'll start now.

I really wanted to try some pink dragon fruit, and I've had the white dragon fruit before, but it just wasn't as… Well, it was a disappointment. I've just now learned that the white dragon fruit doesn't have as much vitamins as the pink ones, although they are still jam-packed with loads of fiber, vitamin B, and magnesium!

The pink ones that are the pitaya plus packages are frozen smoothie packs. They taste so amazing, like a mix between a strawberry and a kiwi fruit with its texture and flavor. It also tastes like a blend of pineapple and pears… YUM!

I opted to make the pitaya/dragon fruit into some banana ice cream, as it would be a perfect treat in a papaya dream boat! Ready, set, go!

With a blend of coconutty, citrusy, and sharp and sweet flavors, this meal is a perfect one for a hot day outside. Paired with the papaya, there's something so magical and so Disney-like that makes me feel like I could jump up-and-down a million miles a day forever! (JK, more like jump up-and-down once or twice, and make the whole thing again to devour eat)
